Privacy notice
This notice covers this website only. It explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are

What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the country you trade in, what system you currently run, and your message.
Our server also records the IP address a form submission came from. We use it only to limit how many times the same source can submit the form, which is how we keep automated spam out.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We do not set cookies for tracking or profiling.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and to carry on that conversation if it turns into a project. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Who else sees it
Our own staff who handle enquiries, and our email provider, which necessarily processes messages sent to us in order to deliver them. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
If you message us on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp on your own device. That conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform and is governed by their terms and privacy policy as well as this notice.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it. Depending on where you are, local data protection law may give you further rights and a route to complain to a regulator.
Changes
If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page.
